What you’ll accomplish
Reassign a saved Nestiva expense from one Money Account to another without corrupting either balance.
How to do it
- Open the expense
Find the transaction and enter edit mode.
- Choose another account
Select an active account that uses the expense currency.
- Save the change
Nestiva reverses the old deduction and applies the new one atomically.
- Review both histories
Each account shows the appropriate reversal or expense movement.
Before you finish
Check that you are in the intended Personal or household workspace and review the saved result. Nestiva keeps each workspace separate so the same action can produce different records or settings depending on the active space.
