What you’ll accomplish
Create Nestiva areas and boxes, then assign inventory items to the exact place they live.
How to do it
- Create the area
From Inventory management, add a room or broader area such as Garage.
- Create a box
Add a storage container and associate it with the relevant area when useful.
- Edit the item
Choose its area and optional box.
- Search by location
Type the room or box name to find everything stored there.
Before you finish
Check that you are in the intended Personal or household workspace and review the saved result. Nestiva keeps each workspace separate so the same action can produce different records or settings depending on the active space.
