Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to Nestiva and its household organization services. By downloading, accessing, or using Nestiva, you agree to these terms and the applicable app-store license terms.

2. App license and Apple EULA

These Nestiva terms describe the service, accounts, subscriptions, and content available through the licensed application. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA regarding the iOS app license, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

Nestiva offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase:

Prices may vary by country, currency, and App Store storefront. The purchase screen in Nestiva displays the current localized price supplied by the App Store before you subscribe.

• Payment is charged to your App Store account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your App Store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Apple manages App Store billing and refund requests under its applicable policies.

Plus provides inventory photos, expense receipt attachments, household creation and invitations, collaboration beyond the Free household limit, advanced analytics, export and backup tools, and higher storage or attachment limits. Available features may evolve as the service improves.

4. Accounts and household sharing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. When you join a household workspace, information added to that workspace may be visible to other household members. Keep personal information in your personal workspace when it should remain private.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you add to Nestiva. You grant Nestiva the limited permission necessary to store, process, synchronize, back up, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share your content.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Nestiva, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate another person's rights, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party terms.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Nestiva available and secure, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We may update features and these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nestiva at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these terms. Deleting the app or your Nestiva account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through Apple.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data Nestiva collects, why it is used, how it is protected, and how you can request deletion.
