Edit, deselect, and verify Nestiva Capture suggestions so no AI-generated record is saved without approval.
How to do it
- Read the suggestion count
Review each proposed expense, task, calendar event, or inventory item.
- Check sensitive fields
Verify amounts, currency, dates, categories, recurrence, and workspace.
- Edit mistakes
Correct the suggestion directly in the review screen.
- Deselect unwanted records
Leave only the items you intend to create.
- Tap Create items
Nestiva writes the selected records together.
Before you finish
Check that you are in the intended Personal or household workspace and review the saved result. Nestiva keeps each workspace separate so the same action can produce different records or settings depending on the active space.
