What you’ll accomplish
Create a Bank or stored-balance Card account with a currency and opening balance in Nestiva.
How to do it
- Open Money Accounts
From Expenses, open Money Accounts and tap Add account.
- Choose the type
Select Bank or Card; this is only a label for the stored balance.
- Name the account
Use a recognizable name such as Daily spending or Travel card.
- Set currency and opening balance
Enter the available amount you want Nestiva to begin tracking.
- Save
The opening amount becomes the first immutable movement.
Before you finish
Check that you are in the intended Personal or household workspace and review the saved result. Nestiva keeps each workspace separate so the same action can produce different records or settings depending on the active space.
